IT Operations Support N1

About the role

PagoNxt Payments is looking for an IT Operations Support N1 professional to join its 24/7 operations team. You will be the first line of defence in production, monitoring alerts, analysing incidents and ensuring service continuity for a global payments platform.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor systems, applications, infrastructure and business processes.
• Classify, prioritise and analyse alerts and incidents.
• Resolve N1‑scope incidents following runbooks and standard procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to N2/N3 teams with clear documentation.
• Maintain and update incident tickets and manage the backlog.
• Participate in shift hand‑overs and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Solid technical foundation with a learning mindset.
• Motivation to grow into Cloud, DevOps and production support environments.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift schedule.
• Strong analytical skills for impact and criticality assessment.
