IT Specialist for Madrid Office

About the role

As part of SAMY's global IT Digital Workplace team, you will be the technical heartbeat for the Madrid office, ensuring reliable infrastructure, high‑end post‑production setups and cloud‑based SaaS tools for all team members.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of Apple and PC hardware, including procurement, custom setup, provisioning and tracking via SOTI MDM.
• Provide L1‑L3 support for the core digital workplace stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Monday.com) while adhering to global identity policies.
• Maintain, optimise and troubleshoot local network performance (WiFi, switches, firewalls) and VPN access.
• Ensure endpoint security with ESET AV and enforce GDPR‑compliant device policies.
• Document asset inventories, troubleshooting guides and IT playbooks, and drive global IT standards and automation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, workplace management or system administration, preferably in a creative or media agency.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of network infrastructure, WiFi optimisation and basic routing/switching.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work autonomously within a global framework and travel occasionally (≈10%).
