IT Specialist

About the role

Clio, a global leader in legal AI technology, is looking for an IT Specialist to join its IT team in Barcelona, with two days per week in the office. The role supports Clio's employees worldwide, helping them work smarter, faster and more securely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide IT support to Clio employees globally, handling inbound tickets from submission to resolution
• Document troubleshooting steps and explain solutions clearly to end users
• Support onboarding, managing access to systems, applications and technologies
• Maintain an accurate hardware inventory with asset management tools and handle procurement, deliveries and repairs with vendors
• Support and configure macOS, iOS and Windows systems across 2,500+ endpoints

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or similar roles
• Experience managing inbound tickets with timely responses and thorough follow-up
• Working knowledge of macOS, iOS and Windows, able to support diverse user needs
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly

Required skills

• Extensive hands-on experience with Okta, including Okta Workflows, SCIM-based application provisioning and group/rule management
• Core SaaS tools such as Slack, Zoom, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Adobe, 1Password, Salesforce, GSuite and GitHub
