IT Support Specialist

About the role

Shalion is looking for an IT Support Specialist to maintain and improve the company's hardware, software, and network environment. You will work closely with international teams to ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hardware support for equipment, meeting rooms, and network devices.
• Assist users with Windows and macOS software issues.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of company assets.
• Support Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and other business tools.
• Assist with ISO 27001 and EU AI Act compliance tasks, including security training.
• Manage IT equipment policies and general administration.
• Configure and maintain the office network (second line/business network).
• Support IT needs of other offices and business applications.
• Identify and propose improvements to enhance user experience and productivity.

Required profile

• Experience with Microsoft Admin console and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of single sign‑on integrations and domain creation/management.
• Ability to document technical procedures in Notion.
• Strong English proficiency and organizational skills.
