IT Systems Administrator

About the role

Mitiga Solutions is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to keep its IT environment secure, reliable and scalable. You will support employees, manage endpoints and contribute to the company’s climate‑focused mission.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain company IT infrastructure, systems and endpoints.
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenant, user accounts, permissions and access controls.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical support, resolve incidents and assist with onboarding and offboarding.
• Monitor system performance, identify improvements and keep documentation up to date.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, endpoint security and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless IT experience.
• Manage software licences, devices and IT assets.
• Assist with network administration, troubleshooting and infrastructure maintenance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT Systems Administration or IT Support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows, macOS and/or Linux environments.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, identity and access management, and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.
• Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
