IT Technician – Global Support & Asset Management

About the role

Fever is looking for a proactive IT Technician to join its Madrid office and support a fast‑growing, international team. You will ensure that hardware, software and support processes run smoothly across more than 55 countries, helping employees stay productive wherever they work.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain a global inventory and asset‑management system.
• Standardise OS imaging and device configuration for all international locations.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including equipment preparation, delivery, recovery and data sanitisation.
• Lead procurement of laptops, peripherals and licences, coordinating with suppliers worldwide.
• Administer the help‑desk platform, triage incidents, and provide first‑ and second‑level support across multiple time zones.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in help‑desk, IT support or systems technician roles.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• High level of English proficiency for international communication.

Required skills

• Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira, Zendesk or Freshservice.
• Knowledge of device deployment and Mobile Device Management (Intune, Workspace ONE).
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
