ITOM Governance, ITSM & Platform Delivery Specialist

About the role

Logicalis Spain is recruiting an ITOM Governance, ITSM & Platform Delivery Specialist to work for one of its clients in Madrid. The role focuses on designing and implementing IT processes, governance frameworks and service management practices that support a platform-centric operating model, turning operating model vision into operational workflows, service catalogs, RACI matrices and performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct maturity assessments of current ITSM and governance processes, identifying friction points and improvement opportunities.
• Design ways of working for platform teams, including release management, demand management, incident and problem workflows and cross-platform integration.
• Establish charter documents for governance boards (e.g. Architecture Review Board, Change Advisory Board) and define KPI and scorecard metrics.
• Support the setup of shared service centers and define interfaces between internal platform teams and external vendors and partners.
• Draft job descriptions, skill requirements and RACI accountabilities for new platform and operational roles.

Required profile

• 6-10 years of experience in ITSM, IT operating model execution or IT governance advisory within global enterprises or management consultancies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics or Industrial Engineering.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) for all deliverables.
• Proven experience in operating model transformation projects.

Required skills

• Certifications such as ITIL v3/v4 Foundation/Managing Professional, SAFe (CSM/POPM), Apptio/TBM accredited (TBMA) or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
• Expertise in ITSM platform workflows (e.g. ServiceNow), service catalog/portfolio management and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Data visualization and process mapping to document maturity and workflows.
