Junior Health & Safety Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Health & Safety Analyst to join Glovo’s People team at our Barcelona headquarters. You will support the company in complying with Spanish occupational health and safety legislation while helping to create a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Support and control all health and safety matters in line with Spanish law.
• Design and propose technical and organisational measures to mitigate identified risks and improve working conditions.
• Conduct internal audits across different workplaces.
• Manage labour inspections and occupational accident investigations.
• Distribute personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain emergency plans and drills.
• Deliver and monitor health & safety training programmes.
• Oversee health surveillance and coordinate business activities (CAE) and external providers.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Labor Risk Prevention according to Spanish regulation (3 specialities).
• Previous experience handling health and safety responsibilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing start‑up environment.
• Organised, proactive, creative and hands‑on mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
