Junior HR Business Partner – Temp Agency

About the role

Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe, Spain is looking for a Junior Human Resources Business Partner to support the Space Business unit. The role bridges business needs with HR solutions, helping to improve performance while working under senior HRBPs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR services to a specific organization unit and advise managers on people‑related matters.
• Support the execution of HR plans, metrics, and reporting for management.
• Apply HR policies, compensation, benefits, training, and recruitment practices in line with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the HRBP team on division‑wide and group‑level HR improvement projects.
• Assist in preparing materials for talent reviews, compensation campaigns, and workforce planning.
• Participate in local union commissions and labor‑relations topics to gain collective‑bargaining knowledge.

Required profile

• University degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR disciplines (generalist, recruitment, or admin roles).
• Strong “take‑charge” attitude, solution‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
