Junior Occupational Health & Safety Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Occupational Health & Safety Analyst to join Glovo’s People team at our Barcelona headquarters. You will help ensure a safe work environment, comply with Spanish regulations, and support our fast‑growing startup culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support and control all health and safety matters in line with Spanish law.
• Design and propose technical and organisational measures to mitigate identified risks.
• Conduct internal audits across all workplaces and manage labour inspections.
• Investigate occupational accidents and manage PPE distribution.
• Create emergency plans, run drills, and oversee health surveillance.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, and coordinate external providers.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Labor Risk Prevention (Spanish regulation).
• Previous experience handling health & safety responsibilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing startup environment.
• Organised, proactive, and creative mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Office/Google Sheets.
