Junior/Mid Talent Acquisition Partner (Barcelona/Madrid)

About the role

Aily Labs is looking for a Junior/Mid Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale its fast‑growing AI teams across Barcelona and Madrid. You will work closely with hiring managers and the People team to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting in the ATS and recruiting tools.
• Assist with employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Collaborate with the People team to improve recruiting processes.
• Stay informed on talent market trends and share insights.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting for technical, business, or go‑to‑market roles is a plus.
• Background in startups, scale‑ups, agencies, or fast‑paced environments is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data and recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with curiosity and adaptability.
