About the role

Join the Barceló Group as a Kitchen Assistant at the Occidental Hotel Mar Menor. You will support daily kitchen operations, ensuring a clean and organized environment while preparing ingredients for the culinary team.

Key responsibilities

Maintain optimal hygiene and order in the kitchen.
Clean, peel, and cut vegetables.
Mix ingredients according to recipes.
Prepare poultry by plucking.
Chop meat and scale fish.
Keep kitchen tools and surfaces clean.
Assist in preserving raw materials and kitchen products.

Required profile

Medium-level culinary training (Ciclo formativo de Grado Medio de Cocina y Gastronomía) and HACCP course.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar kitchen assistant role.
No language requirement.
Hospitality knowledge is a plus.
