Kitchen Support Expert

About the role

The Kitchen Support Expert provides essential assistance to hotel kitchen and food‑and‑beverage operations, ensuring cleanliness, proper dishware handling and smooth workflow across multiple service areas.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain clean linen and dining ware for guest use.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations and other cleaning equipment.
• Transport dishware and supplies between kitchen, employee dining rooms and other hotel areas.
• Follow company safety, security and hygiene policies; report any maintenance issues or unsafe conditions.
• Uphold professional appearance, confidentiality and courteous guest interactions.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying and moving items up to 25 lb and standing for extended periods.

Required profile

• No formal education requirement; high school diploma or equivalent not mandatory.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to work full‑time in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Willingness to follow safety training and certifications.

Required skills

• Operation of dishwashing machines and hand‑wash stations.
• Basic maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to handle and transport items up to 25 lb safely.
