Large Format Print Marketing Specialist, DACH

About the role

HP's Large Format Print Business, part of Graphics Solutions Business, is hiring a Large Format Design Marketing Specialist for the DACH region. The role owns the planning, execution, measurement and optimisation of local and regional marketing campaigns and content strategy, aiming for measurable business impact. It is a full-time position based in Sant Cugat del Valles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies based on OGSMs to grow market share and revenue for the large format design business at regional level
• Analyse the performance of marketing initiatives with data and insights, and lead content strategy and AI search optimisation to increase digital shelf presence and conversion
• Focus on digital marketing and performance campaigns to drive sales, and analyse marketing revenue contribution and attribution for campaigns and eCommerce and marketplace platforms
• Take part in organising local and European trade shows and events
• Plan and execute demand and lead generation campaigns, and lead country activities to deliver results
• Work closely with category and sales teams, and with internal and external technical and creative teams
• Own end-to-end campaign execution, measurement and reporting, and develop customer success stories and end-user tactics

Required profile

• 3+ years of marketing and/or demand generation experience
• BA or BS degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a similar field
• Experience in the online space (e-business, search, paid media, content syndication, programmatic, etc.)
• Fluent English and German
• Strong project management, communication and influencing skills, and a customer-first, results-driven approach
