Lawyer – Full‑time, Rojales, Spain

About the role

My Lawyer in Spain is seeking a qualified Spanish lawyer to join its Rojales office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will provide bilingual legal advice and representation to international and local clients across a range of Spanish law matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients on property transactions, inheritance, family law, residency and commercial issues.
• Meet clients, collect and analyse documentation, and draft or review contracts and legal opinions.
• Coordinate with notaries, registries and public authorities to ensure smooth case progression.
• Manage case files from initial consultation through to resolution, communicating risks and options in clear English and Spanish.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high professional standards and deliver client‑focused solutions.

Required profile

• Qualified Spanish lawyer (Abogado/a) with current registration to practice in Spain.
• Additional qualification as an English or Irish solicitor is a plus.
• Experience in Spanish real‑estate, inheritance, civil, commercial or immigration law.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken; other European languages are advantageous.
• Strong ethical standards, sound judgment and a client‑centered mindset.
