Lead Brand Designer

About the role

BJAK, the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, is looking for a Lead Brand Designer to shape and evolve its brand system. The role reports directly to the Creative Manager and delivers fast, thoughtful design that supports both long-term brand growth and immediate business needs. It is fully remote, but candidates must be based in Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging, high-quality brand materials that reflect BJAK's visual identity
• Shape and evolve the brand system, keeping it consistent across marketing and product surfaces
• Work closely with marketing, content, product and performance teams on cohesive brand experiences
• Design for consumers, partners and internal teams, adapting brand expression as needed
• Maintain and refine brand guidelines
• Report to the Creative Manager with creative and strategic input

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design or related roles
• A strong portfolio showing brand storytelling, consistency and quality
• Strong English communication; English is the main working language
• Nice to have: performance marketing or startup experience, design systems or brand library work, basic motion graphics, sound editing or VFX

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma
• Motion tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Interest or experience with AI tools to enhance design workflows

The interview process is fast: an online assessment or practical task, a role-specific interview, then a final round with the CEO.
