About the role
Removery is seeking a Lead Sales Consultant to guide clients through their tattoo removal journey. You will combine consultative selling with client education, working closely with in‑studio Laser Specialists and the Contact Center to deliver a seamless experience.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations, explain laser tattoo removal processes and set realistic expectations.
- Drive sales using consultative techniques and present financing options.
- Maintain accurate client records, manage follow‑up and ensure high satisfaction.
- Lead the studio team on KPIs, targets and reporting.
- Handle administrative duties, bookings and studio cleanliness.
- Engage in community networking, build referral relationships and support brand initiatives.
Required profile
- Reliable, ambitious and passionate about building client relationships.
- Strong communication skills with an ethical sales mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with laser specialists and contact‑center staff.
- Detail‑oriented and comfortable managing administrative tasks.
