Workplace Projects Support Internship

About the role

ACCIONA is looking for a final-year university student to support the intersection between its HR Projects team and the Workplace team within the Campus ACCIONA project. The selected person joins a high-impact organisational team working on cross-functional projects with direct contact from different business areas. The internship lasts 6 months, with half-time or full-time availability, and starts immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse ACCIONA's organisational data to support strategic decisions
• Prepare corporate reporting for management
• Research and benchmark organisational best practices: projects, policies, tools and trends
• Engage with the HR teams of the businesses present at Campus ACCIONA
• Support the definition and implementation of the company's HR projects
• Take an active part in developing the Campus ACCIONA project

Required profile

• Final-year student in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Psychology, International Relations or Business Analytics
• Strong analytical ability and communication skills
• High level of English
• Good academic record
• Ability to sign a university practice agreement while studying the last year of the degree
