LMS Administrator - Cornerstone on Demand

About the role

Roche is looking for an LMS Administrator to act as the global Technology Product Owner for its Learning Management technology, specifically Cornerstone on Demand. The role translates complex business requirements into standardized technical solutions and governs the learning ecosystem across global manufacturing and commercial sites. Relocation is not eligible for this position.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the global Technology Product Owner for Cornerstone on Demand, turning business requirements into standardized technical solutions.
• Manage the full system lifecycle, including upgrades, replacements and retirements, following change management processes.
• Partner with the Global Learning Solutions team to define product vision, roadmaps, feature backlogs and enhancements.
• Act as Business Data Steward, ensuring GxP compliance, data governance and adherence to global quality policies.
• Mobilize and lead cross-functional teams spanning global learning departments, business stakeholders, IT partners and validation functions.
• Drive continuous improvement, manage deviations and CAPAs, and oversee master data validation in validated quality systems.
• Manage the learning ecosystem's integration, data flow, reporting and interface connectivity across sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• 7+ years of experience in technology, systems and platform management in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, in validated or controlled environments.
• Proven track record in formulating long-term computer system strategies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Required skills

• Cornerstone on Demand, ideally at Super Admin level, including dynamic groups, training components, Reporting 2.0 dashboards and system configuration troubleshooting.
• Database management, data analytics and software validation (GMP, FDA, GxP).
• Software Development Lifecycle knowledge and regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA).
• Ability to communicate technical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
