About the role
Bioiberica, a global leader in life‑science products, is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of its pharmaceutical and functional ingredients. You will ensure that shipments reach customers safely, on time, and at the lowest possible cost while supporting the company’s operational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external resources to guarantee high‑quality, damage‑free deliveries.
- Design and implement logistics strategies for foreign‑trade operations aligned with corporate objectives.
- Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose cost‑ and time‑saving improvements.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with logistics operators, carriers, and service providers.
- Validate sales transport routes for regulatory compliance and service quality.
- Collaborate with Quality, Production, Sales, and Finance teams to optimise operations.
- Lead, motivate and develop the logistics team, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
- Prepare regular logistics performance reports and recommend action plans.
Required profile
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related field; Master’s in Supply Chain is a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience in a supply‑chain or logistics environment.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
