Luggage & Door Supervisor

About the role

Join the Concierge team at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra in Mallorca as a Luggage & Door Supervisor. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and luxurious arrival and departure experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate and guide the Luggage Porters and Door team on a daily basis.
• Conduct briefings covering occupancy, VIP arrivals, group movements and special requests.
• Oversee secure handling, accurate tagging, storage and delivery of guest luggage in line with security standards.
• Manage guest traffic flow at hotel entrances, coordinating vehicles, taxis and private transport.
• Control inventory of luggage carts, tags, umbrellas and entrance equipment.
• Assist management with performance reviews and training documentation.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety and presentation of lobby, entrance and front‑of‑house areas.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements, including taxis, airport transfers and valet services.
• Work closely with Concierge, Reception, Bell Desk, Housekeeping and Security teams.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the Chief Concierge.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence.
• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role is preferred.
• Effective communication skills in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Well‑groomed appearance in line with hotel grooming standards.
