M365 Workplace Engineer (Hybrid)

About the role

Swiss Re is looking for a Workplace Engineer in its Digital Workplace team in Madrid, working on Microsoft 365 services, Workplace AI assistants, agents and automation. The role co-leads implementation, adoption and continuous delivery of intelligent digital workplace capabilities, shaping the digital experience for over 14,000 employees while meeting security, compliance, regulatory and governance requirements. The position is hybrid, with at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and deploy new Microsoft 365 and AI-augmented workplace capabilities, processes and solutions aligned with business needs
• Implement Microsoft 365 capabilities, automation, scripting and Azure workloads, and turn internal risk policies into technical controls and operating procedures
• Use data platforms such as MS Power Platform and Palantir Foundry to inform workplace decisions and visualisations
• Handle third-level support cases with vendors such as Microsoft and internal teams
• Keep improving controls and procedures and share knowledge across teams

Required profile

• Proven hands-on experience managing and developing the M365 digital workplace platform and services
• Experience with security, governance and compliance controls for M365 Workplace
• Track record of delivery in complex, fast-paced environments
• English-speaking candidate; only English CVs accepted

What we offer

• Base salary in Spain of EUR 42,000 to EUR 70,000 for a full-time role, depending on profile and scope
