About the role
We are seeking a Mail Security Consultant for a leading insurance client. The role is hybrid, with two days per week in our Madrid office on Calle Emilio Vargas and three days remote. The position is offered on a permanent contract.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze current email flow and incidents.
- Detect and explain use cases and best practices.
- Understand the email infrastructure and retrieve alerts reported by L3.
- Develop awareness strategies to improve secure email user behavior.
- Create a Secure Email knowledge base on the intranet with best practices, usage rules, and restrictions.
Required profile
- Experience with mail gateways and email security.
- Technical background in IT and security.
- Strong technical copywriting abilities.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to analyze incidents and provide technical answers.
