Manager - Anti-Corruption Compliance

About the role

We are seeking a Manager – Anti‑Corruption Compliance to lead our third‑party anti‑corruption workstream. The role will drive the design, implementation and monitoring of controls that protect the firm and its clients from corruption risks.

Key responsibilities

• Own the execution of the third‑party anti‑corruption workstream, ensuring robust due‑diligence and monitoring processes.
• Design, implement and oversee third‑party intermediary (TPI) controls, including risk ranking analysis and turnaround‑time improvements.
• Translate risk insights from firm data into concrete preventive and detective controls.
• Monitor TPI transactions through General Ledger, PSS charge‑code monitoring and internal audit testing.
• Collaborate with internal functions such as Optimize, CSR, Legal, Risk and Internal Audit to align controls and processes.
• Engage with onboarding teams and other Ethics & Compliance experts to guarantee appropriate reviews of third parties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree(s) or professional certifications (e.g., Law, JD, CPA) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in compliance, anti‑corruption, risk management or a related field.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders.
