Market Research Analyst I

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Market Research Analyst I to support Brightstar’s growth by turning market, customer and competitive data into actionable insights. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will help shape sales strategies, brand initiatives and product decisions through rigorous analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market, customer, competitor and economic data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations that support sales growth and brand development initiatives.
• Evaluate business and marketing performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand analytical needs and support strategic decision‑making.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on sales performance, marketing activity and key business metrics.
• Respond to stakeholder requests for data analysis, reporting and business intelligence.
• Support planning, execution and evaluation of projects through data‑driven analysis.
• Monitor sales and marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Develop forecasts and identify future business trends from historical and current data.
• Assess product performance and market penetration to uncover growth opportunities.
• Coordinate market research projects, including data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Develop, maintain and enhance KPI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to various stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity and consistency of data used in reporting and analysis.
