Marketing Coordinator - EMEA Lifestyle Audio

About the role

HARMAN's EMEA Lifestyle Audio Division is hiring a Marketing Coordinator in Madrid, Spain, to support the main marketing pillars in the local market: direct-to-end customer (newsletters, emailing, events), trade marketing (point of sale and online), paid media, PR and other channels. The role works alongside the Senior Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of national or international brand marketing strategies and identify opportunities to strengthen the brand's market position.
• Develop and run brand campaigns, coordinating advertising, digital and social media campaigns.
• Work with sales, product and design teams to keep the brand consistent across channels.
• Carry out market analysis and competitive studies, and stay up to date with market trends and consumer behaviour.
• Plan and run brand events and coordinate the brand's presence at fairs and events.
• Help create brand content, including messaging, imagery and videos, and oversee printed and digital materials.
• Track and report on campaign performance, brand perception and budget (POs, reporting).
• Coordinate POS displays, merchandisers and promoters tracking, newsletters and emailing, and FOCs and loans.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing.
• At least 3-5 years' experience, preferably in an international marketing or business administration environment.
• Advanced level of business Spanish and English; fluency in English required, an additional European language is a plus.
• Ability to work in a matrix organisation; willingness to travel around 20% and to work in an office in Madrid.
• Nice to have: experience in the consumer electronics market and in a cross-functional multinational matrix structure.
