Marketing Executive

About the role

The Boho Club in Marbella is expanding its marketing team and seeks a Marketing Executive to bring its digital strategy to life. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will execute social media plans, create on‑brand content, and support digital campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute the social media calendar on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Create and edit reels, stories, carousels and still images, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
• Publish content on schedule, engage with audience comments and messages, and capture real‑time event footage.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots, write copy in English and Spanish, and stay ahead of platform trends.
• Design print collateral such as menus, flyers and signage using Canva, and liaise with external printers.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, prepare monthly performance reports, and execute email marketing sends.
• Update website content via WordPress and Elementor and manage influencer collaborations.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in social media, content or digital marketing, preferably in hospitality, travel or lifestyle.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for digital and print design.
• Experience using WordPress and Elementor for website updates.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, organized, reliable and able to juggle multiple tasks.
