Marketing Internship – MedTech (Madrid)

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's MedTech division in Madrid as a Marketing Intern. You will receive hands‑on training in marketing plan development, project management, KOL engagement, and commercial strategy execution while supporting both the Marketing and Sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and delivering consumer and professional communication materials.
• Support promotional activities aligned with product‑segment strategies.
• Coordinate with external agencies to implement marketing initiatives within budget.
• Define success criteria for campaigns and measure performance against KPIs.
• Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, event organization, KOL projects, and product management.
• Learn compliance, HCC requirements, copy clearance, and regulatory processes for marketing activities.
• Receive training in data management, commercial data interpretation, and insight generation.
• Gain knowledge of the franchise portfolio and MedTech market dynamics.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Good understanding of basic marketing principles and branding.
• Interest in MedTech and healthcare innovation.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
