About the role
The Museum of Senses is looking for a strategic and hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead brand‑consistent marketing across its international network. Based in either Madrid or Zagreb, you will act as the central hub between local museum teams and the Group HQ, driving visitor acquisition and marketing efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure brand governance and messaging consistency across all locations.
- Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns (paid articles, listicles, paid social, OOH, DOOH, print).
- Support SEO initiatives and monitor digital performance with the Group Online Director.
- Coordinate marketing support for events, launches, PR opportunities, influencer collaborations and partnership activations.
- Identify and develop new products, revenue streams and cross‑market marketing activations.
- Collaborate with local teams to share best practices and implement group‑wide initiatives.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management or digital marketing.
- Background in entertainment, attractions, retail or experiential sectors is preferred.
- Proven experience working with multi‑market or international brands.
