Marketing Project Manager – Maternity Cover

About the role

LOEWE is seeking a Marketing Project Manager on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave. You will coordinate 360º marketing projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between creative, media and regional teams while supporting the delivery of impactful campaigns and content.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 360º marketing projects and ensure timely delivery of briefs, assets and content.
• Coordinate daily communication with internal teams and stakeholders, adapting timelines as needed.
• Lead weekly project status and content approval meetings.
• Work closely with the Media team to align assets with media plans.
• Support planning and coordination of creative workloads across art directors and copywriters.
• Identify external or freelance support needs.
• Partner with regional teams to ensure alignment with HQ.
• Proactively identify project risks and propose solutions.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of project management experience in content, advertising, creative industries or fashion/luxury.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Interest in fashion, art and culture.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
