Master Production Scheduler

About the role

The Master Production Scheduler will support the Head of the Advanced Electronic Production Line at Airbus CRISA in the Madrid area. The role focuses on shaping production plans, ensuring on‑time delivery of electronic modules, and driving continuous performance improvement across multiple space programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain an integrated Production Plan for all projects on the Tres Cantos shop‑floor.
• Coordinate regularly with Electronics Modules Manufacturing Hub sections and the Industrial Management Team to update schedules, run simulations and consolidate plans.
• Maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction by delivering electronic modules on time, on cost, and on quality.
• Collaborate with other units within Electronic Equipment Industrial Management & Plant Stock to align processes.
• Propose and implement improvements to production planning processes and tools.
• Apply Airbus Defence & Space quality policies, promote Lean thinking and share best practices across sites.
• Ensure compliance with EN9100, ISO14001 and other audit requirements.
• Act as the reference point for production planning issues.

Required profile

• Engineering degree.
• Up to 5 years of experience in a similar production planning role, preferably with electronic boards or units.
• Knowledge of generic IT tools and ERP concepts.
• Familiarity with planning tools such as Excel and MS Project.
• Experience with SAP is highly valued.
