Product Assurance Manager

About the role

Airbus CRISA is seeking a Product Assurance Manager to lead quality activities for satellite and launcher equipment development in the Madrid area. The role ensures that electronic processes meet customer requirements and drives continuous performance improvement across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and monitor the Product Assurance Plan for electronic design, integration, programming and testing.
• Coordinate quality interfaces with customers and conduct internal and contractual reviews.
• Lead non‑conformance management, root‑cause analysis and corrective actions using APQP, PPS, 5WHYs and PFMEA.
• Identify quality‑related risks and support risk‑mitigation initiatives and the Technical Risk Register.
• Manage the quality budget and ensure consistency between customer requirements and Airbus CRISA quality standards.
• Support incident resolution through problem‑solving activities and justification file preparation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in product quality assurance or supply‑chain quality, preferably in aerospace manufacturing or testing.
• Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Automatic, Aeronautic) or Physics/Chemistry.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
