Medical Information Specialist (French & English Speaking)

About the role

EVERSANA is seeking a Medical Information Specialist who is fluent in French and English to join its Medical Communications team. The role supports call‑center operations, provides drug information to healthcare professionals and patients, and handles adverse event and product complaint intake.

Key responsibilities

• Translate English medical documents into French (and vice‑versa) and deliver responses by phone or written correspondence.
• Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and consumers.
• Disseminate accurate drug information verbally or in writing.
• Identify adverse events and product complaints during customer interactions.
• Perform intake to generate initial adverse event and product complaint reports in line with EVERSANA and client SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory authority requirements for post‑marketing adverse event reporting.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Legally eligible to work in the European Union or the United Kingdom.
• Home‑office based, full‑time, preferably located in Poland, Ireland, the UK, Italy, Portugal, Germany or Spain.
• Experience in medical communications, medical writing, or pharmacovigilance is preferred.
