Microsoft Sales Specialist (Spain and Portugal)

About the role

Senetic, a global IT solutions provider specialising in network, server and end-to-end B2B technology solutions, is hiring a Microsoft Sales Specialist covering Spain and Portugal. The role is remote and involves proactively identifying and engaging potential clients for Microsoft cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and engage potential clients for Microsoft cloud solutions through social selling, networking, events and digital campaigns.
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their business challenges and positioning Microsoft solutions that deliver value.
• Work with technical and marketing teams to design and propose customised, innovative solutions.
• Present and demonstrate the value of Microsoft cloud technologies to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals and meet revenue and growth targets.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine outreach strategies and contribute ideas to lead generation and go-to-market approaches.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales to business customers, preferably in IT solutions or software sales.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets (KPIs, number of calls, number of qualified leads).
• Ability to hold clear, factual telephone and online conversations and to build relationships quickly.

• Effective planning of the workday based on priorities.
