MSG-3 Engineer – Airbus Helicopters

About the role

Join the MSG-3 team at Airbus Helicopters in Albacete, developing and applying the Maintenance Steering Group methodology to define efficient scheduled maintenance tasks and intervals for aircraft systems, structures and inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and define effective maintenance tasks for systems and powerplant, aircraft structures, zonal inspections and L/HIRF.
• Develop maintenance intervals that satisfy regulatory authorities, operators and manufacturers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure safety, reliability and cost‑efficiency throughout the aircraft life‑cycle.

Required profile

• Aeronautical or related engineering degree.
• Experience with MSG‑3, Light‑Sport Aircraft (LSA) or maintenance engineering.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Problem‑oriented, proactive and team‑spirit attitude.
