MSL Oncology – North (Galicia)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Oncology covering the North (Galicia). The MSL acts as a scientific expert communicating with Leading Specialists on a peer-to-peer basis, helping to achieve short- and long-term company goals locally within the Medical Affairs plan.

Key responsibilities

• Keep up to date with medical and scientific knowledge, product updates, treatment trends and clinical studies in the therapeutic area
• Maintain a contact network with Leading Specialists and communicate the medical benefits of products, including clinical questionnaire discussions
• Represent the company in professional associations and take part in Medical Education and Advisory Board activities
• Present scientific, accurate and objective data to payors and support pre-approval activities
• Provide medical and product training and scientific support to Sales Representatives
• Support local studies, registries and non-interventional studies, propose investigators and sites, and take part in investigator meetings
• Take part in NPP programs and support GCO studies
• Report adverse events, PQCs and special situations within one business day, and ensure inspection readiness

Required profile

• Scientific degree: Medical Doctor, Pharmaceutical or Natural Sciences university degree, or related qualification such as psychology
• Background acceptable to Leading Specialists, such as relevant work experience, scientific acumen and/or communication skills
• Customer-focused, able to coordinate a complex and changing environment, and adherent to Johnson & Johnson's Credo and the International Health Care Business Integrity Guide

• Base pay range of EUR 38,000 to EUR 60,950
