Multilingual Customer Advisor (French/English/Spanish) – Barcelona

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Advisor who will be the first point of contact for our European customers. You will handle inquiries via email, phone, or chat in French, English and Spanish, helping customers create the perfect ambience with our lighting products.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions across multiple channels and provide accurate solutions.
• Translate technical issues into clear, actionable advice.
• Record customer interactions, manage orders, shipments, returns and warranty claims in our CRM system.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to offer proactive recommendations.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in French, English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle stressful situations.
• Possession of a Spanish Social Security Number and/or NIE.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.

• Base salary of €20,500 gross per year.
