Night Manager – Hospitality Operations

About the role

The Night Manager will lead all hotel and restaurant operations during the night shift at Nômade Temple Ibiza. This position ensures safety, service quality, and a seamless handover to the day team while delivering a calm and secure guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee night operations across food & beverage, front office, and guest services.
• Manage closing and opening procedures between shifts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest requests, incidents, and emergencies.
• Enforce safety, security, and compliance protocols.
• Coordinate with security, maintenance, and other departments as needed.
• Conduct night audits and prepare operational reports.
• Supervise late arrivals, departures, VIP guests, and night staff.
• Monitor property status, cleanliness, and readiness for the next day.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Night Manager, Night Auditor, or similar hospitality role.
• Strong leadership and independent decision‑making abilities.
• Calm, reliable, and solution‑oriented under pressure.
• Excellent communication and guest‑service mindset.
• Valid EU/Ibiza work permit.

Required skills

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
