About the role
We are looking for an Office Manager / Assistant to provide high‑visibility support to two senior managers while ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the office in Madrid. You will act as the central hub for administrative, logistical and HR‑related activities in a fast‑growing sustainable infrastructure company.
Key responsibilities
- Executive support for two managers: agenda management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and document preparation.
- Coordinate office services, suppliers, facilities, materials and general day‑to‑day office needs.
- Handle administrative processes such as documentation, invoices, approvals, internal procedures and basic financial coordination.
- Assist with corporate documentation, internal presentations, employee information and office procedures.
- Support basic HR administration, onboarding, internal records, benefits and employee‑related documentation.
- Organise internal events, office initiatives and employee‑experience activities.
- Provide occasional support for corporate communication materials, LinkedIn and website updates.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of experience as Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar.
- Previous experience in small or medium‑sized companies with transversal responsibilities.
- Strong command of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and collaborative tools.
- Proven ability to coordinate agendas, travel, meetings, suppliers, documentation and internal processes.
- C1 level English (written and spoken) is essential.

- Fixed salary €35,000 gross per year
- Variable compensation of 10%
