Office Manager

About the role

HappyRobot is seeking a proactive Office Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast‑paced AI startup environment. You will work closely with leadership and support the entire team, ensuring the office reflects the company’s culture and values.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor management.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and external partners.
• Coordinate company events, team‑building activities, and off‑site gatherings.
• Manage relationships with landlords, service providers, and other vendors.
• Support People Ops with onboarding, new‑hire setup, and employee‑experience initiatives.
• Maintain a welcoming, safe, and culture‑aligned office environment.
• Provide administrative assistance to leadership as needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years of office management, administrative, or operations experience (startup experience preferred).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a team player who enjoys supporting others.
• Proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
