Office/Deliver Specialist (EHS & Facilities)

About the role

DePuy Synthes is recruiting an Office/Deliver Specialist (EHSS) for a hybrid position based in Madrid, Spain, with alternate hybrid locations possible in Solothurn (Switzerland), Amersfoort (Netherlands) or Rome (Italy). The role gives operational, project and administrative support to Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability programs across the EMEA region, covering compliance, continuous improvement, data management and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support for EHS&S programs and business processes across EMEA
• Coordinate regional EHS&S activities, communications, meetings, training and stakeholder engagement
• Support collection, analysis, reporting and governance of EHS&S performance data and regional metrics
• Maintain EHS&S documentation and records to support compliance, audit readiness and governance
• Partner with local, regional and global stakeholders on EHS&S programs, sustainability and continuous improvement
• Promote best practices, process standardisation and operational excellence, and identify efficiency improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Occupational Health & Safety, Facilities Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Typically 5 years of relevant experience in an operational or coordination role supporting EHS programs, management systems, sustainability or facilities
• Working knowledge of EHSS or environmental compliance concepts, documentation, reporting and data management
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel occasionally within EMEA

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams
• Preferred: familiarity with EHSS metrics, audits or regulatory reporting; ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001; SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate
• Preferred: additional European languages such as German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese

What we offer

• Base pay range of EUR 44,000 to EUR 70,840
