About the role

The Technical Services Officer ensures that all installations and machinery in the hotel operate safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining equipment to the highest standards and supporting the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the proper functioning of all hotel installations and machinery.
• Ensure correct usage and that maintenance is performed in optimal condition.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Follow directives from supervisors and adhere to company quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Medium-level vocational training in Maintenance (Ciclo Formativo Medio Mantenimiento).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within hotel preventive and corrective systems.
• Legionella and pool‑maintenance training is a plus.
• Valid driving licence (type B) and own vehicle.
• Strong teamwork, communication and analytical abilities.
