About the role

The Technical Services Officer will ensure that all hotel installations and equipment operate correctly, supporting the comfort of guests and the efficiency of the property. This position reports to the senior maintenance manager and follows the company's quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the proper functioning of all hotel installations and machinery.
• Ensure correct usage and that maintenance is performed in optimal condition.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in line with hotel standards.
• Follow directives from superiors and adhere to company quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: medium‑level training in Maintenance (Ciclo Formativo Medio Mantenimiento).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within hotel preventive and corrective systems.
• Preferable training in legionella control and pool maintenance.
• Valid category B driving licence and own vehicle.
• Team‑oriented attitude with good communication and analytical abilities.
