Onsite Event Coordinator

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for an Onsite Coordinator to join its Event Operations team in Madrid. The coordinator works on the ground at events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet Fever's standards, from ticket validation and device control to managing queues and handling customer issues.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage on-site event staff, making sure each person knows their duties, including ticket validation and adherence to Fever policies.
• Manage event inventories of devices such as PDAs, computers and POS terminals.
• Control the validation system and devices (Fever Partners App).
• Control the flow of people throughout the experience, avoiding bottlenecks, crowding and long queues.
• Handle onsite payment devices and accounts for F&B and merchandise.
• Handle customer complaints and offer solutions within the time limits.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies, and go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Report daily to Fever managers on event status, including pre- and post-event findings, incidents and feedback.
• Act as the point of contact between partners, production and onsite staff, representing the Fever brand and knowing its culture, brand and policies.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Desirable: prior experience in event coordination roles.
• Excellent face-to-face communication skills.
• Highly organized and efficient, with strong time management.
• Problem solver able to think strategically on site, collaborative and decisive.
• Flexible and available for rotating shifts (09:00-18:00 / 09:30-18:30), including weekends as scheduled.
