Product Operations Specialist (Backoffice)

About the role

Fever, a global platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join its Marketplace Operations Team in Madrid. The team keeps the back office running smoothly behind the scenes, working with executive leadership, department heads and employees to improve processes and support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Fever's back offices: create, configure, monitor and maintain experiences across internal and external ticketing and distribution platforms
• Carry out daily checks of published experiences to ensure correct setup, performance and smooth operation
• Collaborate daily with Project Management, Product, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders to support back-office configuration, launch coordination and continuous improvement of internal processes
• Oversee the day-to-day performance of external partner API integrations, identify issues early and coordinate fixes with technical teams and partners
• Take part in weekly meetings with internal teams to align priorities, report operational issues and support continuity of marketplace operations

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with many internal and external stakeholders
• Fast learner with strong retention, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle high-demand peaks under pressure
• 1+ year of experience in similar roles such as Product Operations, Product Support, Tech Operations or Scaling Operations on B2C or marketplace platforms
• High level of English and Spanish (required)

Required skills

• Strong command of Microsoft Office
• Ability to quickly learn new tools such as SQL, dashboards and internal systems
