Operations Coordinator

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs an Operations Coordinator to help deliver its insurance and health services at scale. You will join a fast‑growing team that operates across Spain, France, Belgium and Canada, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day processes for members and partner companies.

Key responsibilities

• Run core insurance and health service processes, such as invoicing, claims treatment and provider network management.
• Monitor daily operations, track volumes, efficiency and service‑level agreements, and flag risks or improvement opportunities.
• Support internal teams with documentation and live assistance to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Contribute to the design and ownership of monitoring schemes that measure performance across multiple metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Care and other functions to continuously improve operational workflows.
