Operations Supervisor – Hospitality (Estepona)

About the role

This locally based position requires you to live in or near Estepona and deliver first‑class service to families staying in our accommodations. You will lead the housekeeping team, ensure apartments are clean and functional, and act as the main point of contact for guest requests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee apartment cleanliness, functionality and inventory, creating cleaning schedules and supervising in‑house or agency housekeeping staff.
• Conduct hands‑on turnover weeks, inspect apartments before cohort arrivals and perform monthly checks.
• Manage relationships with local housekeeping agencies, monitor service level agreements and maintain quality standards.
• Handle product supply, laundry processes, linen stock‑takes and preventative maintenance programmes for apartments, education centre and hub.
• Coordinate apartment check‑in/check‑out processes, welcome packages and cost‑control measures to meet budget targets.
• Record and reconcile daily expenses, vendor invoices and provide basic financial documentation support.

Required profile

• Resident of Estepona or nearby area, able to commute daily.
• Minimum three years of operations or housekeeping management experience in hospitality.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to manage teams and third‑party service providers.
• Strong organisational and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced, startup environment.
