Operations Team Leader - Zaragoza

About the role

UPS is looking for a Team Leader to fill a vacancy in Zaragoza. The role manages and leads a team, focuses on customer service quality and coordinates departmental projects such as BaSE and IE. It is a permanent position with working hours from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead the team, including coaching and training activities
• Identify and develop high-potential talent within the company
• Deliver excellence in customer service and monitor service KPIs to drive continuous improvement
• Meet with service providers (OSPs) when necessary to ensure proper customer service follow-up
• Coordinate departmental projects and communicate with other departments (BaSE, IE, etc.)
• Coordinate facility and service audits and follow up on action items
• Plan resources, public holidays and peak periods, adjusting plans as needed
• Provide operational support whenever necessary

Required profile

• Higher Vocational Education qualification or university degree (completed or in progress)
• Intermediate level of English
• Previous experience in operations and team management is highly valued
• Availability to travel occasionally

Required skills

• Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Outlook, at user level
• Strong leadership, quick decision-making and excellent communication skills
• Proactive, flexible and analytical, with strong problem-solving abilities
