Operations Transformation & AI Support Analyst (M/F)

About the role

Amundi, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole and a leading European asset manager, is recruiting a VIE (Volontaire Intérimaire de l'Entreprise) to join the OST department at Sabadell Asset Management. The role supports the transformation of the operational and technological model by combining technical, functional and demand-management skills, with a 24-month programme starting on 1 December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Support the transformation of the current operating model, including automating recurring tasks and processes
• Identify improvement and automation opportunities, especially using AI tools
• Develop and maintain technical utilities in Java, Python and PL/SQL for data processing, automation and operational support
• Explore and use AI models applied to business processes and operational efficiency
• Manage user requests and incidents via a ticketing system, preferably JIRA
• Maintain team documentation in Confluence
• Provide functional support for the investment funds business and coordinate with operational project stakeholders
• Support testing, validations and continuous improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or Business Administration/Economics/Finance with a technological orientation
• 3-5 years of experience; internships count, especially in process automation, Python/Java development, data processing, AI projects or investment funds support
• Fluent Spanish and English; French is a plus

Required skills

• Technical: Python, Java, PL/SQL, AI models, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office 365 and advanced Excel
• Functional: understanding of the investment funds business, operational processes in asset management, and handling of user requests and incidents
• Documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills, accuracy and teamwork
