Paralegal – Legal Operations

About the role

Fever is looking for a proactive Paralegal to join its Legal, GRC & Policy team. You will support a fast‑growing tech platform that connects millions of users with live entertainment experiences worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contract administration and signature processes, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and timely execution.
• Assist with entity management, corporate governance activities, and compliance monitoring across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare, organize, maintain, and update legal documentation, records, and filing systems for easy accessibility.
• Utilize legal technology tools and internal systems to streamline workflow, document execution, and collaboration.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate legal and business activities.
• Support process‑optimization initiatives and knowledge‑sharing practices within Legal Operations.
